Welcome to GW Manager. 

In this video, I'll show you how you can un-suspend multiple users in Google Workspace with GW Manager. 

I'll go to my Google sheet and click on extensions, here, I should see GW manager.

For now, I will click on launch, and it will launch GW Manager in the sidebar.

First, you need to insert the sheet to tell GW manager which users you want to un suspend. 

You have two options for it. Under features, either you can go to Manage Utilities and click on insert all sheets, execute.

It'll insert a bunch of sheets at the bottom here so that you can perform any of these functions. 

For now, I'll click on Manage Users, go to update users, and click on Execute, to insert only the update users sheet.

The sheet has been inserted and it is asking me to provide a primary email address because it has an asterisk.

I will provide the primary email address of the users that I want to unsuspend. 

I can update any other information for these users like first name, last name, email address, et cetera. 

For now, I just want to unsuspend them, so I'll go to the suspended column, and here I will write FALSE.

I will copy and paste it for all the users so that these users will be unsuspended. 

Now I will go to my users list. I'll go to legal, where these users are residing and they are all suspended, and if I go to sales, all of these users are also suspended. 

Let's un suspend all of them. So manage users, update users, run update users, and we will click on Execute.

At this time, GW Manager will start un suspending these users one by one and will write the status of our Un suspend operation here. 

Within a few seconds, it did the job and it says all the users are successfully updated. 

Let's go back to the admin console and do a quick reload to confirm that. 

Let's go to legal and sales.

If we go to legal, all of them are unsuspended and are showing active, if you go to sales, we also see all of them are active here. 

This is how you can quickly un-suspend multiple users in Google Workspace with GW Manager.
