Bulk Change Google Workspace Users Password with GW Manager

Welcome to GW Manager.

In this video, we will show you how you can update passwords for multiple users in your Google Workspace with GW Manager.

You will first need to go to your sheet, go to extensions, you should see GW manager.

If you need help with installation, please visit our website gwmanager.com

You should click on launch, to launch GW Manager in the sidebar.

Once it is launched, you'll first need to insert the update users sheet, which I already inserted, but if you don't have it yet, you have two choices, either you can go to manage Utilities and click on insert all sheets, run insert all sheets, and click on Execute.

Once you do that, GW manager will insert all the sheets at once, so that you can deal with any of these functions and the new ones that we are constantly adding.

Otherwise, if you just need to insert an update users sheet, you can go to manage users, go to update users, and here you should see an option, which is insert sheet.

Once you have the update users sheet inserted, it has a primary email address field with an asterisk, that means it's a required information.

I've entered the new passwords here for these users. I also changed the password at the next login control. If I hover, it says, true and false are the possible values.

If I do not provide any value, true is taken as default, which means these users will need to change this password when they login for the first time.

If I want to change that, I can explicitly write false, for instance, I do not want Dylan to change this password when he logs in, so I can write false.

For the rest of my users, I can just keep it empty, which means they will need to change their password.

I'll go ahead and select on run update users, click on execute.

At this time, GW Manager will start changing their passwords, and also change password at next login based on my inputs.

Within a few seconds, it'll go ahead and tell us the result of the operation, and it says all the users are updated.

This is how you can quickly change passwords for multiple users in Google Workspace with GW Manager.

You can do much more with GW Manager and we are constantly adding new features based on customers' feedback.
