All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We may change the fees for the Add-on at any time, with advance notice to you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Add-on and delete any copies of the Add-on.

Warranties and Disclaimers

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Add-on.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Add-on during the preceding twelve months.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where your company is located to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms of Service.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
