You only need to install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace, and it is ready to help you easily do bulk Google Workspace tasks.

What data is collect, and how is it kept private?

We do not keep the data you enter into Google Sheets for tasks such as bulk suspension of users. Since we authenticate using OAuth through your Google account, there's no need for us to store your password.

Therefore, the only information we store is the email address you used to register for GW Manager. This helps us verify your subscription level and status, allowing us to customize features for you.

Additionally, we track the operations conducted by admins to identify the most frequently used features, guiding us on where to focus our development efforts.

We use Google Cloud database/s to securely save your signed up email and have multiple layers of security including private server, MFA, access control etc in place.

What measures are in place for data backup and recovery?

GW Manager does not log or store your end users data, we only log the admin user's (who runs the tool) email to provide features associated with the subscription.

Performance and Reliability

What is the uptime guarantee for your service?

GW Manager is built with Google Apps Script and Google Cloud, and follow Google's service uptime guarantee of 99.9% service uptime.

How do you handle downtime or service disruptions?

Once a Google Workspace Add on like GW Manager is deployed in Google Workspace marketplace, it runs on Google's systems, and usually (based on Google's track record) there is not disruption.

However, in case of any downtime or disruption, GW Manager subscribers would be notified via email, and our team will work hard (with Google Support) to get it up & running asap.

How do we place the order?

1. You can install GW Manager from Google Workspace Marketplace.
2. Once you start using free version of GW Manager from the Google Sheet, you will see an option to upgrade to paid subscription plans for additional features.
3. Simply click on upgrade, make the payment on Stripe

Your subscription will be upgraded instantly, and allow you to use premium features.

What's the Process for Organizations, Educational Institutions, or Non-Profits to Place an Order?

We collaborate with large organizations, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations to simplify the process of ordering GW Manager.

We are adaptable to your purchasing procedures, but based on our experience with some schools, the process typically unfolds as follows:

1. We provide our W9 form containing our business details for inclusion in your record-keeping system.

2. We send a quote tailored to your needs, such as the desired quantity and subscription term.

3. You issue a purchase order to us.

4. We confirm receipt of the purchase order with a confirmation notice.

5. Based on the purchase order, we generate and send an invoice.

6. You settle the invoice according to the agreed-upon terms.

7. Upon payment, we activate the GW Manager subscription for the accounts you have provided.

What’s the Turnaround Time for Order Processing?

If you sign up using your credit card, the activation is immediate. However, if you opt for the purchase order process, activation occurs within 2 business days after the invoice payment is received.
