Welcome to GW Manager. 

In this video, I will show you how you can export your Google Groups' members in Google Sheets using GW Manager. 

First, I'll go to my Google sheet and click on extensions, here I should see GW Manager.

I'll click on launch, which will launch the GW manager in the sidebar. 

Once it is launched, we will first need to insert the sheet where GW Manager can export our group members. 

For that, we have two options, either we can go to Manage Utilities and then click on insert all sheets, GW Manager will insert all the sheets so that you can deal with any of these modules.

For now, I'll go to manage members, and then click on export members. 

GW Manager recognizes that the export member sheet is not yet inserted, so it is asking us to insert that sheet. 

We will click on execute, and it'll add an export members sheet. 

The only input that we need to provide is group email as it is shown with an asterisk.

Now before I click on Execute, I want to show you that under training, if I go to my Google Workspace admin console and do a quick reload, we have four members.

If I go back to my sheet, I'm expecting this training to report four members. 

I'll click on run Export members, and then click on Execute.

At this time, GW Manager will export all the members that were inside those groups.

Within a few seconds, GW Manager provided us with an export of all the members that are there in the group email addresses that we provide. 

We provided training, and now because it has four members, it provided us with that result. 

You can also use information like the member role, member type, member status.

This is how you can quickly export members of your Google Workspace groups in Google Sheet using GW Manager.
