Welcome to GW Manager. 

In this video, I will show you how you can delete multiple members from your Google Workspace Groups in Google Sheets using GW Manager.

First I'll go to my Google sheet and click on Extensions, here I should see GW Manager.

For now, I'll click on launch, to launch GW Manager in the sidebar. 

Once it is launched, we first need to insert the sheet where we can provide information about which Google Workspace Group members we want to delete. 

And for that we can either go to Manage Utilities and click on insert all sheets, execute.

GW Manager will then insert all the sheets at the bottom, including delete members one. 

For now, I'll go to manage members, select delete members sheet, and GW Manager recognizes that we don't have this sheet inserted yet and it is asking us to insert it. 

I'll click on Execute.

and GW Manager has inserted a delete member's sheet and asked us to provide information. 

Column headers which are shown with asterisk are the required information, we must provide these values to perform the task. 

I've already copied some information, so I'll paste it here. I'm deleting these members from these group emails.

If you need to delete more than one member from a given group, you can provide that information in separate rows.

Here, my training group has four members and I'm deleting all of them.

Or maybe I can just leave one, so out of four, I'm deleting three members and one should be left.

Before I delete these members, I should go to Google Workspace Admin Console, do a quick reload to show you that all of my groups have one member each except training, which has four members.

After I run the task to delete members via GW Manager, all of them should become zero, and this four should become one because we are deleting three from training.

I'll select Run Delete members and click on Execute. 

At this time, GW Manager will start deleting these members from these group emails, and within a few seconds it'll write back the results.

It says all the members are successfully deleted.

and to confirm that we will go back to our Google Workspace admin console and do a quick reload, now we see that all the members are deleted. 

Training had four members, we deleted three, so it is now left with one member. 

This is how you can quickly delete hundreds and thousands of members from your Google Workspace groups from your Google sheet using GW Manager.
