Welcome to GW Manager. 

In this video, I will show you how you can create multiple groups in Google Workspace with GW Manager.

For this, you will go to extensions in your Google Sheet, and you should see GW Manager.

For now, I will click on launch, which will launch GW Manager in the sidebar.

Once it is launched, we first need to insert a group information sheet where we can provide information about the groups that we want to create.

And for that, you have two choices. 

You can either from features, go to manage utilities and run insert all sheets, execute, which will insert all the sheets at once, so you can deal with any of these functions. 

If you explicitly want to just install a group insert sheet, you can go to Manage Groups and then click on Create groups, insert sheet should be selected, and click on execute. 

GW manager will insert a create groups sheet, and will take you there automatically. 

It is asking for group email and group name as they show asterisk, these are required information. 

We can also provide group descriptions if required. 

I've copied some information to save time, I will paste it.

Here, I provided the information that's needed.

Before I run the function to create groups, I will first go to Google Workspace Admin Console under groups and do a quick reload, and you'll notice that we do not have any groups yet. 

I'll come back to my sheet, manage groups, create groups, run create groups, and then click on execute. 

At this time, GW Manager will start creating these groups in your Google workspace, and it will provide us the status of the task. 

It says all the groups were created successfully. 

Now, I'll go back to the admin console and do a reload.

and we will see all the groups created, and here are the groups that it created.

This is how you can quickly create hundreds and thousands of groups right from Google Sheet with GW Manager.
