Welcome to GW Manager. 

In this video, we will show you how you can create aliases for multiple users in Google Workspace with GW Manager. 

I'll go to my Google sheet and click on Extensions.

Here you should see GW Manager. 

If you need help with installation, please visit our website, gwmanager.com. 

For now, I'll click on launch, to launch GW Manager in the sidebar. 

Once it is launched, we will first need to insert the sheet where we can provide aliases information. 

For that, you have two choices, under features, either you can go to manage utilities and click on insert all sheets, which will insert all the sheets at once, and then you can perform any of these functions.

For now, I'll just go to manage user aliases, and under that, I have created a user aliases sheet. 

I'll click on Execute to insert that sheet, GW manager will insert that sheet and take me there automatically. 

Here I need to provide users' primary email, and the user alias.

I've copied some information to save time, so I'll simply paste it.

In case, if you need to add multiple aliases for a given user, please add them in separate rows. As an example for Jake, I'm adding two aliases. 

I've put Jake's primary email address in these two rows and the two different aliases that I want to create for him.

Once you have provided that information, go to ”run create user aliases”, click on execute. 

But before that, let's go to Jake in our admin console to confirm that he does not have any aliases yet. 

When we go to user information, we do not see any aliases here, so we'll go to GW Manager and click on Execute. 

At this time, GW Manager will start creating these aliases based on the inputs that you provided.

All the aliases are created. 

Now we'll go to the Google Workspace admin console and specifically look for Jake. 

Let's do a quick reload and we should see two aliases for Jake. we'll go to user information.

Now we have Jake and jake.new as we provided, and all aliases are created. 

This is how you can create user aliases in Google Workspace *in bulk* with GW Manager.
